For A While We’ve Wanted To Develop An Illustration To Highlight The Awareness On Racial Inequality Amongst The Black Community. Instead Of Depicting A Negative Image, We Put Our Heads Together With Our Friends @urlabrand To Determine How We Can Collaborate On Two Pieces Meant To Inspire Or Empower The Black Community. For Our Project We Illustrated Two Black Women Holding hands, Standing Confidently Against Oppression Which Is Synonymous To The Feminine Energy Being The Gatekeeper To Black Culture. We Believe There’s No Progress In Society If Our Black Women Are Constantly Mistreated Instead Of Being Uplifted & Supported.
